I was having pain in my upper belly from the weight of my baby bump and for a couple hours at a time, this band helps a ton. It’s especially great for dog walks or running errands or when I have to sit upright for long zoom calls.
Take all the relief you can get, moms!

I’ve been using this for 1 day. I’m on my third pregnancy, 33 weeks and the baby is so low I can barely walk because it was hurting my hips so bad. This made an enormous difference! I’m really happy with it and wish I would’ve known about it sooner.

This was such a lifesaver especially when I was at 7 months I had terrible back pain swollen ankles and feet with so much pressure my pelvic area but I would use this belt and it would support my back and lift my belly enough so there wasn't so much pressure on my legs and ankles.

What size should I get?

General Sizing Chart

Medium (M): Fits 80–110 cm (31.5–43.3 inches)

Large (L): Fits 90–120 cm (35.4–47.2 inches)

What size should I get? Scenarios

Medium (M)

1. 19 weeks pregnant, 78 cm:

A Small or Medium would work well. Opt for Medium if you’d like additional stretch as you grow.

2. 21.5 weeks pregnant, 99 cm (planning to use for running):

Choose a Medium if you want extra stretch and flexibility, as it offers 11 cm of room to grow.

Large (L)

3. 22 weeks pregnant, 91 cm:

We recommend a Large for optimal support and comfort.

4. 34 weeks pregnant, 110 cm:

Both Large and XL would fit comfortably. If you want extra room to grow, choose the XL.

Extra Large (XL)

5. 26 weeks pregnant, 109 cm:

An XL would provide the best fit for support through the rest of your pregnancy.

Extra Extra Large (XXL)

6. 14 weeks pregnant, second pregnancy, 110 cm:

Go with an XXL to alleviate early discomfort and allow for growth.

How do I measure my bump?

Measuring Tips

• Measure around the fullest part of your abdomen.

• Use a soft measuring tape, and measure while standing for the most accurate size.

• Choose a size that gives you flexibility to grow comfortably.

When should I wear the belt?

We recommend wearing the belt where you will need the most support. For example walking, exercising or doing daily house jobs. We don't recommend to sleep or sit in our support belt.
